Arbor Parent Portal and App


The Parent Portal and Parent App let parents register their child for a club or trip, book parents evening slots and manage payments all from their phone or computer. Parents can also check in on their child’s attendance and update contact details and important information. Parents can use the system to send messages to the school office. 


When your child starts school with us, we will enable the Parent Portal and the Parent App for you. This will generate a welcome email to set your password. You won't be able to do this through the app, as the links in our reset password emails only work with a browser. Please follow the Logging in for the first time instructions in the Logging in on the Parent Portal sections on the Arbor website.


The dashboard is the first screen that you will see. This gives a quick glance of the student’s  meals, notices and current attendance.


You can see your in-app messages by clicking this button under your child's photo:


You can return to this page at any time by clicking on the school’s logo or choosing Dashboard from any menu. On the homepage you'll also see sections for:

  • Statistics - This shows information about the student's attendance
  • Guardian consultations - The Guardian Consultations section allows guardians to book time for Parents Evening meetings by selecting one of the available slots as per the School's setup. This will only be available when we have an upcoming Parents' Evening.
  • Accounts - The Accounts section loads the student's current Meals and other top-up account balances.
  • Trips - Sign your child up for trips.
  • Clubs - Sign up to After-School Clubs or Breakfast Clubs.


If you are the Primary Guardian for more than one child in the school, you can access and view each child through the same portal.


If you've enabled Push Notifications for the App, you'll get a push notification whenever you have a new in-app message, whether you are logged in to Arbor or not. If you aren't receiving push notifications, or they vanish quickly, please follow these instructions.


The push notification won't contain the content of the message, it will just let you know there is a new message that you will need to log in to Arbor to read.
