The Federation of North WalshamInfant and Junior Schools
Our curriculum extends beyond the academic subjects of the National Curriculum. There are also 50 additional opportunities which we would like all children to have been offered between the time they join us in Reception and the time they leave us in Year 6. These are planned into the curriculum and we see all of these activities as part of every pupil's entitlement to a well-rounded childhood.
Educational Visits
We see educational trips and visits as an integral part of the curriculum. These opportunities bring learning to life and help our children to put skills and knowledge acquired into context. Trips and visits link with curriculum objectives. At least one trip per term is planned for each year group from Year 1 upwards.
